Snap Send Solve is a free app to help you report issues to your local government. The app is designed for reporting on-the-spot issues, such as road closures, dumping rubbish, road signs, broken fixtures, or water leaks.
The app automatically provides you with the information you need to report the incident. You can send your report in just a few taps and will receive a notification to let you know when it’s received by the responsible authority.
To report an issue, you can either snap the location or type in the address of the location. For example, if you see rubbish on the footpath or road, snap your location on the map and then type in the address of the location. The location you snap will be added to your report and will be sent to the appropriate authority.
If you are reporting a problem with the location, you’ll receive a notification when the report has been received by the responsible authority.
